A Dragon New Year

I worked on this on and off over the past 2 weeks. Took a while since I was working on a few works at the same time, but that's how I roll I guess. Since I knew I was getting a work done for Christmas I based this on a New Year.

Anyways, hope everybody had an enjoyable New Year's Day. I did!!!! A new start for me and everyone who has their dreams. That's why I chose DragonBall because it was my first and favorite anime that had gotten me to start drawing. It's also been a while since I've cell painted, it was very awesome to do it again. So expect more like this, this upcoming year.
